OopbuySheets Art is a small independent publication about one narrow, practical subject: buying electronics and gadgets through a shopping agent in China and getting them home without surprises. Every guide on this site is written by a person who has spent too long reading marketplace listings and comparing variant lists, and who has learned the hard way that the specification printed on a box matters more than the paragraph above it.
We are not a store, we are not a review lab and we do not test products. That shapes what we write. Instead of telling you which device is best, we tell you what to check: the voltage on the label, the plug on the cable, the option number in the variant selector, the model number on the case you are replacing. Where a listing makes a numerical claim, we say plainly that the seller made it and that you should verify it.
Our articles also cover the part of the process most buying guides skip: shipping. Batteries, magnets, liquids and mains appliances all run into rules that differ from line to line, and a parcel planned badly costs more than the gadget saved. The battery guide is the most useful page on this site, and we would rather you read it before your first order than after.
